 Computer not turning on, Slow computer performance, Virus or malware, System error or blue screen, Full computer diagnostic  performed

 

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

 I respond promptly and listen to your needs and the efforts you have made to resolve them. Then I provide a safe an efficient means of collaborating online to resolve the issues. We work together every step of the way. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

 Retail, commercial, entertainment industry, and professional users in stage sound, security, and high-end A/V custom home installations for the very wealthy. Computer network applications for advanced surveillance systems

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

 In general I offer a 2-hour diagnosis and repair session for a base fee of $50 a discount to my regular $35/hr. rate. After the initial analysis, if addition time is needed I will estimate for you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

 Seek someone who: 1- communicates well and is attentive to the immediacy of your needs 2- one who is willing to work first and be paid later 3- Integrity as demonstrated by performance reviews and references
